An Overview about Nonferrous Metal Balers
Nonferrous metals include aluminum, copper, lead, nickel, tin, titanium, and zinc, as well as copper alloys like brass and bronze.
Nonferrous metal balers are mainly used to finish the process of baling or compacting the nonferrous metals into blocks or bales. After compacted, metal bales are easier to handle and transport.
SKBALER’S Metal Baling Machine
The horizontal mental Baler – Lid type features standard compaction force from 125tons to 400tons. Hourly capacity can range from 1 to 10tons. Standard bale size of 300*300mm to 600*600mm. Manually, semi-auto or automatic operation depends on you.
Application: Fe, Al, Cu, Cr-Ni scraps, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminum chips, aluminum sheets, aluminum cans, aluminum extrusions, copper, metal scraps, tin cans, steel drums, steels, steel shavings, aluminum and copper wires etc.
This hopper type metal baler is controlled with PLC system and operated with screen touch. Compaction force can be 120ton or 250ton. Finish a bale size of 250*250mm. Capacity is up to 2tons per hour. Applications of this metal baler includes aluminum chips, aluminum cans, steel shavings, ferrous and non-ferrous metal scraps etc.
Horizontal block making baler machine – H5050T60 produces blocks at weight around 30-50kg. Standard bale size is about 500*500*500mm. Applied to press aluminum foil, cocopeat, sawdust, and other loose agricultural products. These cubes are ejected fully automatically, and no need labor to tie the blocks.
Benefits to Recycling Nonferrous Metal
Free up much precious space. Nonferrous metals were compacted into uniform bales. It is good for stocking or delivering.
Generate less pollution, save more energy. Metal production is usually with big pollution. Recycling is much eco-friendly and energy-saving than producing.
Obtain an additional income. Metal materials were wastes when stocked. However, if recycled, uniform bales of metal wastes can be resold for additional income.
