Conveyors
There are few types of conveyors for you to choose to accommodate for the various needs. One is the inclined belt conveyor and the other is the metal chain conveyor. The inclined belt conveyor will be used in vertical baler and also the small horizontal balers to convey the materials into the balers. The inclined belt conveyor will take less space and less in weight compare to the melt chain conveyor. The melt chain conveyor will be used in the large fully automatic horizontal balers and closed end balers to enhance the whole recycling efficiency.
Shredder machine
Normally many recyclable materials need to be shredded before they are adding into the baler machines. And these shredded materials will not get the balers jammed and quickly get a density rectangular bale. These shredder machines not only improve the efficiency but also offer a safer environment because if you cut these materials manually then you will easily get injured. Then a shredder machine will be a perfect choice for the recycling business especially the cardboard, plastic and paper recycling business.
Products for packing
There are several types of products for packing the bales, and they are all suit for the different types of balers.
Strapping machines with pp straps – The strapping machines and pp straps can be used in the vertical balers which bales need to be tied manually. You can tie these bales with pp straps through the strapping machines. It is easy to operate and very productivity.
Plastic bags – The plastic bags can be used in the heavy horizontal bagging baler and the scale weighting horizontal bagging baler which will fully cover the materials. These wrapped bales will benefit for the storage, these plastic bags will prevent the materials from getting damped.
Baling wires – The baling wires basically are applied to the auto tie balers and also the semi-automatic horizontal balers for the tying process. The fully automatic horizontal balers can tie these bales automatically with the baling wires while the semi-automatic horizontal balers need to tie the bales manually with the baling wires.
