Green Recycling – Hay Compactor

The History of Hay Compactor

In the very early time, hay compactors were very simple, and they compacted small bales made by a small square baler. This baler achieved baling desire but consumed human labor The dealing process was very slow. It would take a long period of time to fill each container and it seems to be inefficient.

With the development of economy and technology, larger square balers appeared in the early nineties. This meant hay baling was more efficient in loading and carrying.

Now a smart scale weighing bagging balers was invented. It means the baling machine is more convenient for particular weighing needs. Hay materials can be pressed into same weight bales for stacking and loading neatly.

The HBM-K2 Bagging Baler

HBM-K2 is a baler for producing bale at 2kg with hourly output around 60pcs.
The small-scale weighing baler is capable of processing agricultural raw materials, like sawdust, peanut shell, rice husk and especially HAY.
This baler can press hay into 2kg dense bale with a plastic bag. The plastic bag can keep hay bales dry and moisture proofing.
