We are merchant exporter and exports various material/Equipment’s to Africa. Our customer in Angola has beverage industry and there are many PET Bottle wastages are happening and many cardboards coming with raw material which they want to compact.
For cardboard boxes, nowadays they generate approximately 1 ton per day of excess cardboard. So, the system should trash within 3-5 hours, 1 ton of cardboard. Min Cap: 250 kg/hour -> 300/400 kg/hr. considering future growth.
For PET, they generate approximately 1 ton per day of PET bottles -> 17,5 m3 per day -> 35 m3 per day considering 50% inter-bottles space. We need also to compact everything within 3-5 hours. Therefore, minimum capacity: 250 kg/hr. or 9 m3/hr. -> 300/400 kg/hr. or 12 m3/hr. considering future growth. The PET bundles must be wired before exiting the compactor. The compactor must also be adequate to burst full product and properly drain destroyed liquid. It should be easily cleanable after use. We are looking forward to your reply with correct solutions.
SKBALER solution with VLD1576T60 and VDR1280T100
For the request and question aforementioned, we have two different vertical balers may meet your needs. If you want to bale cardboard boxes, then the VLD1576T60 will be a good choice. 1 set vertical cardboard baler VLD1576T60 to process 1 bale per hour, bale weight around 500kg for cardboard, the bale’s size is 1500*760*500mm. And if you want to bale the plastics, then you can have the VDR1280T100. 1 set heavy duty dual ram baler VDR1280T100 to process 1 bale per hour, front and back door opening, bale weight around 250kg for pet bottles.
