What is the plastic hydraulic baler?
The plastics are a wide range of synthetic or semi-synthetic materials that use polymers as a main ingredient. And due to the good adaptability, plus a wide range of other properties, such as being lightweight, durable, flexible, and inexpensive to produce, has led to its widespread usage in our daily life used commodities. But the growing number of these scrap plastic and plastic products gradually become a big problem that need to be solved. Then the hydraulic baler was invented to help dealing with these massive scrap plastics all over the world, it can bale the scrap plastics into dense bales which can be easy to convey and stock, even the plastic bottles which have the high resilience can also be easily baled.
The main types of the plastic hydraulic baler
1. Standard vertical baler
The most common one in the market, and also the hottest one among all the vertical balers. The standard vertical balers have a wide range of choices in sizes, bale weight, bale sizes, hydraulic power and etc. which you can have a lot of selections to meet your own needs.
2. Vertical lifting door baler
As it named, the most different feature between the vertical lifting door baler and the standard vertical baler is the sliding door. The lifting door baler will have large feed opening than the normal vertical ones do which will simplify the feeding process and further saving the time and human labor.
3. Horizontal balers
Most of the horizontal balers can be used for many recyclable materials, and obviously the plastic is included. The horizontal balers have two main types, one is semi-automatic horizontal baler which need to manually tie the bales but has a closed door at the end and the closed door will be perfect for the high resilience plastic products. The other one is the auto tied horizontal baler which you don’t need to manually tie the bales and all the baling process is automatically, all you need to do is to press the buttons on the panel.
