2. Semi-automatic horizontal balers
The semi-automatic horizontal balers also known as the closed end balers. Differ to the fully automatic horizontal balers, the semi-automatic horizontal balers need to manually tying the bales. The closed end at the end of the chamber is benefit for the human tying process and also make sure the density of the bales.
The application of the horizontal balers
1. Standard horizontal balers
The standard horizontal balers normally refer to the auto tied balers and the horizontal balers. These two types of balers can bale almost all the recyclable materials in common life, like cardboard, textile, paper, plastics and etc.
2. Horizontal bagging balers
The different of the horizontal bagging balers is that this type of baler is usually used in baling the agricultural raw materials like hay, straw, wood shaving and etc. The bales produced by the horizontal bagging balers can be wrapped with PP bags or carton boxes for further recycling or reselling. The internal shredder will easily cut all these agricultural raw materials into small pieces which will save a lot of time that used to spend on the manual pretreatments and enhance the productivity.
