VDR1280T100 in SKBALER is a heavy-duty dual ram baler and built with high strength and heavy-duty frame structure. Two rams have their own responsibilities, one presses the wastes against a wall and into the path of the second ram while the second ram pushes the wastes out to form a bale. Due to its special design, it is ideal for compacting high rebounding, high fibrous materials, such as hard plastics, tires, aluminum cans, fiber, solid wastes etc.
Features of VDR1280T100
VDR1280T100 has a larger chamber with higher compression force which allows the baler to accept more bulky materials. The stable and powerful hydraulic dual ram system keeps the machine run well during processing. U type pressing plate prevents accident from uneven material feeding. Therefore, they can make denser bales to save more on storing space and transporting cost. Moreover, OEM/ODM services are available as well.

SKBALER’s VDR1280T100 adopts standard bale size of 1200*800mm with 100ton hydraulic power. Bale height depends on the need of every end user. The height can range from 500-950mm. Bale weight is around 450-550kg. Most large sized vertical balers are manually fed through a larger feed opening, like VDR1280T100 is 1200*550mm for easier material feeding.
Meanwhile, the machine size is 1800*1240*3460mm.The power of VDR1280T100 is 18.5kw/hp with a fast 28 seconds cycle time. Bales will be strapped with 4 ties.
