What is HBM-K10?
HBM-K10 is a kind of scale weighing horizontal bagging baler machines, which is mainly used in baling of loose materials. Usually, the wood/pine shavings, hay or rags is difficult in recycling. The scale weighing bagging baler can be used for such situations. It is perfect for compressing, ejecting and bagging these loose waste materials automatically. After-bagging materials is easy for storage and transportation. Hence it is useful for pressing rags, wipers, used clothing, sawdust, peanut shell etc.
Main features of HBM-K10
HBM-K10 equips with an in-built scale for getting desired bale weight. Bagging operation protects the compacted bales from getting damped and stained. Meanwhile, PLC controlled system is for automatic operation and safety interlock ensures operator’s safety. The baling & bagging machines features wheels making it easy to move from one place to another working place. Specification of HBM-K10
Horizontal scale weighing bagging machine HBM-K10 adopts bale size of 400*180*400mm with 30ton total hydraulic power. The bale weight will be 10kg. The bagging baler is only taking up 2700*1650*1550mm space. There are two rams equipped, one of the cycle time is 10seconds while the other one is 7 seconds.
