What is HBM-K5?
HBM-K5 refers to a scale weighing horizontal bagging baler, which is widely used in baling and bagging rags, wipers, clothes, agricultural products and other loose waste materials. These waste materials usually produced by farms, textile recycling facilities, rag baling exporters etc. The recycling of these loose waste materials will save place also gain a revenue by selling them. Designed with built-in scale which allows the users to control the bale weight in accordance to your specific needs.

The baling & bagging machine is controlled by PLC program and simple button operation. The built-in scale is for your convenience to control bale weight as per you desire. HBM-K5 also equips with wheels which makes it easier to move to the other working places. Specification of HBM-K5
Horizontal scale weighing bagging machine HBM-K5 can produce a bale weighing from 5kg at 300*100*400mm size with 30ton total hydraulic power. Hourly output is around 60 bales. Baler size is 2750*1750*1600mm so that the baler is super space-saving. Using the baler will improve workplace functionality. The machine weight is only 0.9ton. So it is very convenient for moving the baler anywhere. There are two rams equipped, one of the cycle time is 15 seconds while the other one is 11 seconds.
