What is HBM-T140?
HBM-T140 refers to heavy duty horizontal bagging baler compactor which can automatically compress, eject and bag materials for easy storage and transportation. One of the main uses for bagging compactor is the baling of loose materials, especially for agricultural materials such as wood shavings/chips, mineral cotton fiber, cotton seeds, peanut shell, corn silage, cotton, straw, rice husk, textile etc.

The horizontal baling and bagging baler features with PLC program control with one button operation to keep the machine running smoothly. And horizontal cutters preventing it from being jammed at the feeding mouth. A sensor on the hopper will detect the materials feeding. Meanwhile, the machine has strong structure which makes it reliable, stable and durable in the baling process. If you need to feed materials continuously, a conveyor is a good choice for that. HBM-T140 also comes with air cooling system to protect the machine from overheating.
Specification of HBM-T140
Horizontal bagging baler HBM-T140 can produce a 430*310*600mm bale with 140ton total hydraulic power. Throughput is 1.5-2.5 ton. Machine size is 3500*2700*2100mm. Designed with 1000*560mm feed opening and the motor power of this model is 22kw/hp. There are two rams equipped while the cycle time are 16seconds and 17 seconds.
