What is HBM-T90?
HBM-T90 is a type of heavy-duty horizontal bagging baler which can keep the materials in a high-quality due to its bagging design. It is applicable to suits for compressing and bagging agricultural materials like sawdust, shavings, chopped straw/hay, peanut shell, corn silage, cotton, paper shreds, rice husk, textile, rags etc.
Main features of HBM-T90
Conveyor aims to provide automatic feeding continuously and is applicable to large volumes feeding. It’s very easy to use the heavy-duty bagging baling machine with the simple one-button operation. PLC program controls the smooth running of the machine and ensures to produce uniform bales. HBM-T90 comes with horizontal cutters for cutting off the excessive material to prevent it from being jammed at the feeding mouth. Air-cooling system is to lower the temperature in the process of pressing. Moreover, all our baler machines are strictly manufactured according to CE/ISO standard. ODM/OEM services are available.
Specification of HBM-T90
Horizontal bagging baler machine HBM-T90 adopts bale size of 430*310*600mm. Hourly capacity is 1-2 ton. Machine size is 3400*2660*2100mm. Designed with 1000*560mm feed opening, and the motor power of this model is 18.5kw/hp. There are two rams equipped, both of them has the cycle time of 16seconds.
